All on-campus parking options at Colorado State University are run through a paperless, electronic permit system by Parking Services.

In lieu of physical permits, we are required to collect license plate numbers for any vehicles that will be parked on-campus throughout the duration of this conference. You can:

  • Provide your license plate number at the time of online registration.
  • Contact Conference & Event Services ahead of time via email conferences@colostate.edu or call at 970-491-6222 to do so.
  • Provide it at on-site registration when you are here on campus (renting a car, for example).

If you’ve selected the on-campus housing option, once you’ve provided your license plate number, your vehicle will be valid to park in all ‘Q’, ‘W’, ‘X’ and ‘Z’ parking zones. If you purchased the upgraded parking permit option, your vehicle will be valid to park in the ‘A’ lots north and south of the Student Center. Neither permit is valid in metered/Pay-to-Park zones or the ‘A’ parking zone directly west of Moby Arena.

Colorado State University and the conference organizers cannot guarantee that you will not receive a parking violation if you do not provide your license plate number prior to conference registration.
